Once payment has been received you shall receive a order confirmation. We shall then process your order within 1-2 business days.

For standard postage within the UK, the standard shipping rate is £6.95. For European shipping, the rate is £13.95 for tracked delivery. For shipping to the USA the rate is £26.95. When ordering internationally there will be taxes when you receive your order.
Delivery is free within mainland UK for all orders over £150.
For UK customers, it typically takes 5-7 working days for the order to be shipped and delivered. For international customers, it may take 10-20 working days. Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in processing and we will contact you to inform you of any such delays. The processing time for orders is typically 1-2 working days.

Absolutely! All our Lego® sets come with detailed PDF instructions to guide you through the build. If you already have a lot of Lego® bricks, you can just order the model instructions online. Within 14 days, please contact us using our contact form or email, we will then confirm the return request with you. Postage costs must be covered by you. All items must be returned in saleable condition with all pieces and in original packaging.
